Wells Fargo has added Cogent Strategies, the firm started by Kimberley Fritts, to its roster of Washington lobbying firms. Dave Oxner, who joined Cogent in March from the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, and Randall Gerard will lobby for the bank.
