Prior to her time with Cogent, she spent four years on Capitol Hill with Chairman Glenn “GT” Thompson (R-PA), in both his personal and House Committee on Agriculture office, where she unified farm bill communications across the House Republican Conference and 24 committee offices, translated agricultural policy into compelling narratives, and wrote more than 150 speeches delivered on the House floor. Taylor also planned and executed multiple press events highlighting major Republican Conference agriculture priorities in tandem with the Speaker’s office.

Previously, Taylor integrated strategic communications, grassroots mobilization, and direct advocacy to achieve measurable client goals and policy outcomes on award-winning campaigns at a top Washington, D.C. public affairs firm. She has a proven ability to shape public narratives and develop proactive engagement strategies that resonate with key stakeholders.
