Biography
Whitney Gulvin joined Cogent with experience serving both the European Parliament and the U.S. Senate. Her research and analysis has supported policymakers on two continents working on issues including counterterrorism, tax and banking. Whitney currently supports Cogent’s digital, public relations and government relations teams. Through high-impact legislative research and analysis as well as digital analytics, she helps clients secure key results on the Hill and improve their digital reach both in Washington and beyond the Beltway.
Whitney recently graduated from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs with a MA in International Affairs and earned her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Global Studies. Outside the office, Whitney enjoys knitting and crocheting and is an avid Pokémon Go player.
